Scott Frasure serves as the Laboratory Operations Manager for Ardent Animal Health, bringing extensive experience in laboratory operations, pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, and operational leadership within the animal health and life sciences industries.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Eastern Kentucky University, Scott held positions with BD Biosciences, University of Kentucky Biology Dept., and the Kentucky Blood Center. Prior to joining the team at Ardent, he worked at Neogen Corporation, serving as the Sr. Manufacturing Manager of an FDA listed veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. His experience includes overseeing production operations, personnel development, process optimization, and compliance with industry regulations and quality standards supporting and leading operations within highly regulated production and quality-focused settings.
