Ardent Animal Health stores pet regenerative cells for veterinarian hospitals. By agreeing to and paying of the upfront storage fee customers are entitled to a year’s storage or $150 equivalent value. This fee covers maintenance of the cells in vapor phase liquid nitrogen for one year’s time.
Invoices are issued annually, and storage can be cancelled at any time by phone 1-800-365-9168 or email info@ardentanimalhealth.com
Ardent Animal Health makes reasonable efforts to contact pet owners annually to renew banking services. In instances where fees remain unpaid for a period of 90 days banking services may be terminated by Ardent Animal Health.
Upon cancelation or non-payment of fees Ardent Animal Health retains the rights to material for research or disposal. Any intellectual property, products, trade secrets or equivalent remain the sole rights of Ardent Animal Health LLC.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability.
Ardent Animal Health the “Company” is not responsible for, nor has intended to create a veterinary patient relationship. This relationship in maintained between the pet owners and the veterinarian caregivers This banking service is not designed to diagnose or treat disease. The Company is not responsible for any adverse events that may occur under the care of your veterinarian.
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its Affiliates, including their respective officers, directors, equity holders, partners and employees, from all liability, claims, damages or losses arising from Company products and services.
